“Day-of coordination” is a common search phrase. On this coast the useful work starts earlier: we onboard 6–8 weeks out, lock the timeline, confirm vendors, and build the rain/wind/tide plan before anyone is in the sand.
Professional coordination begins 6–8 weeks before the wedding: onboarding, a working timeline, and vendor confirmation. The wedding day is execution, not the first time we touch the plan.

Forgotten Coast Wedding Company is a wedding planning and coordination studio serving Florida’s Forgotten Coast. We plan and run weddings from Mexico Beach to St. George Island. We are not a DJ or an officiant.
Where do you plan weddings?
We work along Florida’s Forgotten Coast: Mexico Beach, Beacon Hill, St. Joe Beach, Highland View, Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Apalachicola, Eastpoint, and St. George Island. Town-by-town guides are on the locations page.
What planning services do you offer?
Full wedding planning from venue search through the last send-off, partial planning when you already have a venue or vendors, and wedding coordination. Coordination is not a same-morning job: we start 6–8 weeks out with onboarding, a timeline, and vendor confirmation, then run the wedding day.
Do you work with destination couples?
Yes. Most of our couples are planning a wedding weekend on this coast rather than a one-day event. We help with lodging, guest flow, local vendors, and the details that are specific to Gulf Coast beach towns.
Need an officiant?
